At What A Fabric!, we pride ourselves on providing pristine, high-quality fabrics tailored to your specific creative needs. Because each order is a unique, custom-cut piece of material, we operate with a Final Sale policy. 
1. The Nature of Cut-to-Order
Just as a custom garment is made for one individual, our fabrics are measured and cut specifically for your order from our master bolts. Once a fabric has been cut to your requested length, it cannot be returned to its original state or resold. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 
 
2. Quality Assurance & Defects
Your satisfaction is paramount. While all sales are final, we stand behind the integrity of our textiles.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive fabric with a genuine manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within [3–7] days of delivery.
  • Submission Requirements: To process a replacement, we require a clear photo or unboxing video of the defect before the fabric has been washed, stitched, or further cut.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the same item or a store credit.
